Trust me on this one!!! I get a lot of weird looks when I say Avocado Toast as a flavor when I list off the Let’s Do Brunch Pack…but trust me it’s delicious! 🥑 Avocado is a fat, and it’s added to a buttercream which is another fat. 🍋 Lemon Curd is bright and delicious, just like adding a squeeze of lemon juice on your avocado. 🍞 I sprinkle poppy seeds, sesame seeds, and just a little black pepper on top, so no garlic or onion to make the macaron overly savory. Just trust me, it’s delicious.
